Or better yet, do other things kesa magcheck ng email/gadgets until such time na manganak ka. You can reason in court naman na buntis ka and mahirap magtravel to answer the summon . If you keep on thinking about this thing, and something happened to your child, will you be able to sue BPI because of the stress? So, hanggang walang summon, wag mastress. As mentioned, walang nakukulong sa utang generally, but there are exceptions.

I can’t believe I am reading this thread. I am supposed to read about credit card terms and conditions of various banks for comparison. So, I know most of the cases which everyone is so concerned about. Actually, there’s nothing to be afraid of.
Pero I advise na you contact homecredit and report the incident, as well as try to negotiate for a settlement. Baka may way para mapababa yung babayaran. Im just wondering coz most of the people i know have done this. I mean they weren't able to pay their credit card bills. They said wala namn daw nakukulong sa hindi pagbabayad ng credit card bills?
